The Restaurant

The Giuan Restaurant is the place where the gourmet palates of Arma di Taggia and of the West Liguria Riviera gather. A place that has evolved over time, transforming itself in order to innovatively interpret restaurant trends and the desires of a refined audience, which does not just look for somewhere to eat, but rather a quality gastronomic experience.

From April 2017, Alberto Nattero and his staff (the kitchen brigade is directed by Marco Berardinelli) have been offering a menu which has the ambition to project Giuan among the locations not to be missed along the Riviera. The choice of high-quality ingredients, mainly locally produced, the careful attention to combining foods, the delicate handling in order not to alter the flavours and the scrupulous care in presenting the dishes will surprise you too.
